As a legal placement specialist I generally follow a ten steps process to get you working for a major law firm. The first step involves evaluating whether or not if you have the qualifications necessary to be placed with a major law firm. If those qualifications are met we move on through three more steps. The fifth step I take will only happen if the law firms I select like your application and want to schedule an interview. Steps six through ten will then happen if the law firm is interested in you after the initial meeting and wants to keep the interview process going. I will detail out these steps in our initial consultation, however, although the steps and the processes for major firms are often similar, every firm is unique and requires their particular process to be addressed correctly. This means that your experience as a candidate at a particular firm may differ substantially from another and that is why we will go through the processes together and make sure you are prepared.
